1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Celestial Commerce AB. If you use Snuuze on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app, on the website, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Snuuze after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

2. About Snuuze

Snuuze is designed to help users reduce or quit nicotine pouches, including products commonly referred to as snus or Zyn. The app may include tools for tracking pouch use and nicotine strength, setting daily limits, following a quit plan, viewing progress, identifying patterns, and connecting with friends for accountability.

Snuuze does not sell nicotine products and is not affiliated with any nicotine pouch brand unless expressly stated.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally allowed to use nicotine-related cessation or tracking services in your location. Snuuze is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.

4. Health and wellness disclaimer

Snuuze provides tracking, education, habit-building, and motivational tools. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Nicotine dependence and withdrawal can affect physical and mental health. Before making significant changes to your nicotine use, consider speaking with a healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, use medication, or have a history of anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or thoughts of self-harm, contact local emergency services or a crisis support service immediately.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Some Snuuze features may be free, while others may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, renewal periods, trial availability, and included features are shown before purchase and may vary by country, platform, and promotion.

If you purchase through the Apple App Store, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment management are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Unless the platform or applicable law says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

We may change pricing or subscription features in the future. Price changes for active subscriptions will be handled according to the applicable app store rules and law.

6. App license and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Snuuze on devices you own or control.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Snuuze except where allowed by law;
• sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit Snuuze without our written permission;
• interfere with, overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt the app, website, servers, or security systems;
• use Snuuze for unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, or harmful activity;
• upload malware, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights;
• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

7. Your content and social features

Snuuze may let you enter information such as pouch usage, goals, notes, quit plans, profile details, or friend-related activity. You keep ownership of content and information you provide, but you grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and use it as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Snuuze.

If you use social or friend features, only share information you are comfortable making available to the people you connect with. You are responsible for the content you submit and for respecting the privacy and rights of others.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use Snuuze. By using Snuuze, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

Snuuze may rely on third-party services such as app stores, analytics, hosting, customer support, authentication, payment, or notification providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

If you downloaded Snuuze from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for Snuuze or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for App Store distribution purposes and may enforce the relevant app license terms against you.

10. Changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features from Snuuze. We also may need to perform maintenance or respond to technical, legal, or security issues. We do not guarantee that Snuuze will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Snuuze is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestial Commerce AB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of Snuuze. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Snuuze at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used Snuuze unlawfully, created risk for other users or our systems, or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and payment obligations incurred before termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict of law rules. If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you additional rights, those rights are not affected.
